All new clients are required to fill out our "Booking Policies and Procedures" form. All clients booking a chemical service are required to fill out our "Chemical Service Liability Waiver." Both of these electronic forms are linked to the left!

Cancellation Policy

All services exceeding 3 hours and/or $200+ will require a $100 deposit and a card on file to reserve the appointment. All other services will require a card on file in order to reserve the appointment. 

Cancellations are very difficult to fill last minute and cause us to lose income unexpectedly. That being said, we ask that you kindly give us a 24 hour cancellation notice. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment start time will be charged 50% of the service price. No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.  Deposits are only refundable up until 24 hours before the appointment start time. 

(Hair extension deposits are non-refundable once the hair has already been ordered.) 

Adjustment
Policy

If you are ever unsatisfied with the results of your service, please do not hesitate to reach out to your stylist for an adjustment! You must reach out within 72 hours of your service to qualify for an adjustment.  Adjustments are free of charge in most instances but depend on each individual situation and the intended results of the service.
